Rick Bell - Founder, Chief Digital Officer MBA PMP (he/him/his)
Our Company Founder and Leader is Mr. Richard Bell (he prefers Rick).
Rick has worked across and helped some of the largest organisations within Australia/New Zealand and Internationally. He has held numerous senior business and technology leadership positions in global organisations and tier-1 consultancies - ranging from Chief Digital Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer, Global Director, Programme Manager, Project Manager, Management Consultant, Practice Manager, Developer and perhaps surprisingly, Music Producer!
He is an experienced strategist, entrepreneur, and business innovator with a passion for solving business and customer problems using deep knowledge and applied experience in contemporary strategic frameworks, new business models, and digital technologies.

Cookie Bell - Chief Dog Officer (CDO)
As Chief Dog Officer, Cookie is principally responsible for keeping cats out of the office, providing random hugs to stressed out employees, and sleeping 4 hours of the 7.5 hour working day.
His interests include Schmackos, sleeping, and providing feedback in general (he is a great listener, but doesn’t say much…)
Cookie graduated from the Dogtech Puppy Academy Bondi Junction NSW with a Diploma in 2012.
